Shipping policy

Production & Fulfillment
All products are made to order and produced by our trusted print partner Gelato. This allows us to reduce overproduction and offer high-quality, sustainable items made close to where you live.

Production usually takes 2–5 business days before shipping. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with shipping details and – if available – a tracking link.

Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after production:
United States: 3–7 business days
Europe: 3–8 business days
Rest of the world: 7–15 business days

Please note: these timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping is handled by Gelato’s local fulfillment partners and carriers (e.g. USPS, FedEx, DHL). This means we do not have direct control over delivery times, customs processing, or carrier delays – but we’ll always do our best to support you if any issue occurs.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, and destination. As a reference, shipping a wall calendar (A3 / 11×16.5 in) within the U.S. typically costs around $8–12 USD.

Multiple Items
If you order multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages, as they might be produced in different Gelato facilities depending on location and product type.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it can be re-shipped once new shipping costs are covered.

Customs & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are not included in the product price or shipping fee. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
